Catherine Benoit is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  Her exceptional experience will benefit all the patients under her care.

Catherine earned an RN from Vermont Technical College in 2019 and received her master’s degree in nursing from Boston’s Simmons College in 2022 where she subsequently obtained her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  She also has undergraduate experience in dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Sciences. 

Prior to joining Children’s Medical Center of Tucson, Catherine dedicated three years to providing comprehensive family nursing care at Community Health Center in South Hero, Vermont.  Her expertise encompassed a wide range of preventative care, with a particular focus on pediatrics, ensuring the well-being of patients from birth through geriatrics.

Catherine’s previous experience also includes four years at the University of Vermont Medical Center, where she served as a Staff Nurse II in the Hematology and Oncology department.  In this role, she performed assessments, developed a implemented nursing care plans, and collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care.

Besides finding joy and passion in her work as a family nurse practitioner in pediatrics, she also cherishes spending quality time with her husband and two children.  In her free time, she enjoys various activities such as traveling, reading, hiking, weightlifting, and snorkeling.
